A story about our employees who defend our country

We also want to tell you about our employees, Mykhailo and Dmytro, who are devotedly serving to protect our Motherland.

Dmytro Bormatenkov

QA Engineer, who has been in the ranks of the Armed Forces since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of our country. His dedication and that of other defenders amaze and inspire us.

• What were the first days of the war like for you?

“I resigned after the end of the contract in 2019, crossed myself and went to study to be a tester. I vowed not to go to contract service again, but life is a funny thing. Everything is not always as we like we are planning There was an opportunity to go abroad, but I could not for moral reasons. How can I then look into the eyes of former colleagues? Therefore, I did not think for a long time, packed my things and went to the military office.”

• What are your plans after the war?

“After the war is over, I plan to continue working for SnoopGame. I have a powerful dream to sit in my office chair, cry, finally realize that it’s all over, and go for coffee with my beloved team.”

Mykhailo

Mykhailo is our Business Development Manager and is currently on staff ZSU

• What were the first days of the war like for you?

“In the first days of the war, like many Ukrainians, I felt fear, shock and confusion. What happens next? When will it all end? What are the intentions of the enemy? No one had an answer to these questions. It was very difficult to control myself and make some considered, important decisions. The desire to join the Armed Forces did not come immediately. Instinctively, on February 24, the brain gave the command to run away, so my family and I packed our things and went west. But while we were on the road, reading the news, seeing how all Ukrainians rallied around a common problem, I realized that if we all do not contribute to the victory, do not stand up for the defense of our home, then we will lose it forever. Therefore, as soon as I made sure that my relatives were safe, I immediately went to the Military Commissariat.”
