Testing Tools

Jira. We use Jira as an internal system for issue tracking and time tracking in our company. Besides, most of our clients usually use Jira as well, so all our employees have experience in working with it.

Cloud. We use cloud services for saving screenshots and video of the issue reports if needed, also for keeping some testing documentation, sharing project docs, design, checklists, test plans, etc. Among cloud services that we use are Google Drive, Google Photos, OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud.

VPN. We have experience in using VPN for receiving access to the client’s environment, or to perform localization testing of the web and mobile projects from different locations. As VPN clients we usually use OpenVPN, TunnelBear, HMA!

FTP. In our work FTP servers are usually used to store a big amount of data, for example – application builds, design files, and site structure. In this case, our clients give us access to their FTP servers to required data. In our company most used FTP client is FileZilla.
